Whew! My legs are going to hurt tomorrow! Er, today!

I was having trouble sleeping and remembered I hadn't been doing nearly enough exercise (though I am now down to 244 from 255 in less than a month) than I had planned on doing. Went upstairs, got on that Wii and did some serious yoga and aerobics! No more spending hours on the balance games, no, it's time to actually feel some burn.

It feels good, though! I don't have to push myself to feel a burn, either. Not like "uberpain for ubergain" right now, this is more of a focus on getting myself moving in general. After finally getting the hang of the Advanced Step game, I unlocked Free Step which is totally my new favourite thing. It lets you decide when to go to the sides, when to kick and when to go back and forth, and you can even do it while watching TV thanks to the sounds in the Wiimote. Very cool!

I also used my eight pound weights to give my arms a bit more of a work out. Despite their size, my arms are incredibly weak! Even doing the Warrior pose in yoga would stress those arms out. No more! I won't tolerate that. Still, the eight pound weights are gentle enough to not completely destroy these sausage arms but I know my arms will be feeling that one tomorrow as well.

I'm working on my endurance, as well. My body apparently has ADD as well as my brain, and gets bored after 20 minutes. Luckily that's 20 minutes more than I've done in 8 years, so I'll still call that an improvement.
