This was me.
It was all good, and it's going to get better once I can really hit the grocery store (preferably Roots). I need to get some more cereals to nom on in the mornings, and cottage cheese to make my smoothies with more protein. Also, damn I need a ton of almonds! A friend has encouraged me to take some "before" photos, as I start this journey. I think I will do so tomorrow. Hopefully they won't be too embarrassing!
