Excellent job! The main goal is to stay on task. I'm dieting as well right now, and it is difficult, but I know that it's for the better for me. :) When we go to Applebee's, I can only get those "Under 550 cal" meals from their weight watchers section of the menu... Some of them are good though. But still... My brain demands brownies. Siiiigh. :)

It sounds as though you really are moving. Good for you! Going to DC and not getting tired easily is a healthy, doable incentive.

It's strange how most statements have a double meaning when one is trying to lose weight.
